No refunds are allowed. You can exchange most items except items marked down, on sale, accessories, books, and gift cards.
The exchanged item must be of equal or higher value, or you can get a store credit and all shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
To start an exchange, please send an email to sales@mayazcollection.com with your order number to get approval.
The buyer is responsible for shipping costs when sending the item back to Maÿaz Collections. Item(s) to be exchanged must be received within 7 business days from the exchange date of approval from the company.

Returns are not accepted, exchanges only.
Can I make an exchange?
Yes, Maÿaz offers exchanges. You can exchange your item for any item of the same or greater value or store credit.
We will gladly accept exchanges within 7 business days from the exchange date of approval from the company. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached. All shipping fees paid on your original order are non-refundable.
What items cannot be returned?
All items marked down or on sale are considered final sales and ineligible for exchange or store credit.
All accessories, books, and gift cards are considered final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
What if I received a damaged or defective product?
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all our products if your product is not 100% perfect. We will offer you a full refund or replacement of a new product at no additional cost. You can email our Customer Care team at any time at sales@mayazcollection.com.
